Monterey Country Club turf conditions
Monterey Country Club is soft in places today
Playable but soft, carts may be path only.
- 0.06 in of rain in the last 48 hours against a medium-drainage soil profile.
- Warm and breezy at 66F with 12 mph wind, which pulls water off the turf faster.
- Winter: ground is cooler and drains more slowly, so the call is one level more cautious.
Blue Ridge Summit PA sits in the South Mountain ridge system with mixed glacial till and mountain soils; Country Club name suggests adequate drainage but location lacks sandy coastal advantages.
